a. Tom Otis suggested that the club should order long sleeve “CLUB” shirts in the future.
Tom indicated that he had already ordered Long Sleeve Shirts from Tyler and that the cost was about $10.00 ea… 2XL and larger would be more. It will be up to the members to deal with Tyler on an individual basis.

a. Glenn’s Annual Chili / Stew Feed – 12/8/07 – Glenn indicated that the meal would start at 5:00 PM, but anyone or everyone could show up at anytime earlier.
b. Covered Dishes/Snacks/Drinks for Glenn’s C/S Fed?????????

c. Dennis will be out of town (mid Dec – Early Mar) during the Sun Flower Swap Meet in January 08. He is ordering (Pre-paid) new tires for his ’58 from Coker, and a few parts (pre-paid) for his ’40 from Classic (Old Obsolete) and was wondering if the club members would pick them up for him. It was suggested that Dennis put a letter (document) together listing the parts, and authorizing one or more club members to pick them up on his behalf, he should also inform the vendor of the pickup by a fellow club member..
