John reported that Dennis was out of town and that the Club Balance as of 7/21/07 was: $ 355.23.

John also informed the members that six members had already paid up for 2007-2007 and that there was seven members that still owe dues. Members were instructed to wait and pay Dennis any money owed,

- Tyler indicated that he had not paid Jon as of 7/21/07 but the matter would be resolved and that the Club would drop this item from the "Old Business" listing.

Picnic for 2007 ?. –

- The picnic issue was brought before the members. John explained that he had carried the issue forward for the past several months. Dale had indicated that he would host the picnic at his place during an earlier meeting this year, but would be out of town during the Month of June. There was no response given, indicting that maybe the members were either unsure or didn’t want a picnic scheduled. Tom Otis spoke and indicated that maybe we should vote on whether or not to have a picnic, then he indicated that he thought that we should just table the issue for a latter discussion. The issue will be tabled for the August Meeting 8/18/07.

Joking and showing disrespect for Club or Club Members.

John Stanford brought up the issue, indicating that he had heard conversation where a member had been speaking of the club and or its members in a disrespectful manner. John did not indicate who initiated the remarks, but asked members to try and refrain from such practices out side of the club house.

John asked that members with current projects send or bring pictures so that they (pictures) could be placed on the web for others to see and enjoy.
