2. Picnic for 2007? - Will revisit issue when Dale Returns.
a. The “DRAFT” Rusty Nuts Car Club By-Laws/Rules/ Guidelines for the club were reviewed and discussed by members present. It was decided by the members present that the club should only operated by a set of guidelines…. It appears that the words “Rules” and “By-Laws” sounded harsh and demanding… It was voted on by the members (7-Yes, 0-No) that the document stand as written, but the terms “Rules” and “By-Laws” be removed. The members felt that any changes to the document would be addressed as problems occur.
The membership voted (7-Yes, 0-No) that John Stanford be retained as the Rusty Nuts Car Club President and Web Site coordinator for the 2007 – 2008 term. The members also voted (7-Yes, 0-No) that Dennis Lebbin be retained as the Rusty Nuts Car Club Secretary/Treasurer for the 2007 – 2008 term.
(2) 2007 – 2008 Dues
The annual dues for the 2007 – 2008 term was set at $30.00 per member per the May 19, 2007 Meeting. It is noted that the following individuals paid their annual (2007 –2008) dues to Dennis Lebbin on 6/16/07.

It was noted by Jeff that on June 30, 2007 there is a car show in Newton, KS (Cars in the Park).
Tom Otis indicated that he would be going to the Wellington, KS show on July 14… Wellington Wheat Festival.
