NOTE: Bud and Boyd both paid for T-shirts, and Tyler gave Boyd his deposit back.
Trailer Gas: $40.00
(1) It had been voted on at the 3/27/07 meeting to pay Dennis $40.00 from Club funds to use for gas for pulling his trailer to and from OKC (in case of Member break-down. Dennis noted that he would not accept the $40.00 because he did not make the trip

Cancellation: Club (30days) Individuals: (24 hrs)
· After a group discussion, and it was concluded that each individual would be responsible for making their own reservations. It was also suggested that the reservations be made at the same time so that the members could talk to the clerk, one after the other so that we could get rooms close together (same wing).
(2) Members Cell Phone Numbers (Card?) Destroy card
· John asked that the members destroy the card after programming in the cell phone numbers into their cell phones.
(3) Next Car Show / Events
· 4/28 – Cruisin for Rocko (Beech Lake Webb/13th) 9am (John / Dale / Dennis / Jeff)
· 4/5/6 – Lawrence Swap Meet – Dennis is going on Fri(4) and will stay over for Sat. Jon/Glenn/John will go early Sat(5)\
· 5/11-5/12 – Merc Deuce Reunion – Starbird Place, Afton, OK (John/Dale)
· 5/25/26/27 – NSRA Springfield, MO (Dale/ Jeff/ Dennis / John ?)
(4) Future Trailer Use on Trips:?? / Insurance??
· It was noted that cars loaded onto Dennis’s car trailer will not be insured by his (Dennis) insurance carrier. Note: Do we take it in furture? Table for next meeting.
(5) Note: Election of New Club Officers coming up in May
· John noted that election of new club officials would be in May and that the members be thinking of who they want as Chairman (President) and CFO (Treasuer) of the club for July-2007 through June-2008
(6) Picnic

John asked the members if they wanted a Picnic for this summer.
Dale said that he would be glad to Host it , but not during the month of June.
This will be tabled for another meeting.
(7) Club Dues: Dennis suggested that the club dues be lowered to $5.00 yr and if more was needed. The members could vote and approve a pay as you go system. Otherwise, if additional funds were needed for (something), then the something would be brought up at a meeting and voted in or out by the members present.

to vote ?, and what if the members not present dissapprove and refuse to pay?
