Treasurers Report

Dennis reported that the Club had $ 305.21 as the Operational Balance as of 03/17/07. Dennis also indicated that $ 5.00 had been paid to John Stanford for the Monthly Maintenance of the Rusty Nuts Web Site.

Old Business

T-Shirts (17 shirts) --- John Stanford ordered replacement shirts for Dale (3XL – 1 Red / 1 Gray), along with Tom (1 Red / 1 Gray) XL with pockets, and Bud (1 Red / 1 Gray) XL with pockets.(6 shirts)

John ordered 6 ea XL Gray, and 2 ea 2XL Gray shirts as Club Extras (8 shirts).

John ordered 2ea XL Yellow for himself.(2 shirts)

Tyler indicated he had ordered a shirt for himself (1 shirt).

Additional shirts that need to be ordered are : (8 shirts)

1 ea Gray XL and 1ea Red XL for Glenn. (2 shirts)

1 ea Black XL w/ pocket for Bud (1 shirt)

2 ea Black XL w/ pocket for Dennis (2 shirts)

In addition, Boyd Ray paid Tyler to order (3ea):1 ea Red / Gray / and Black for him. I don’t know if Boyd wanted pockets or not, or 2XL or 3XL sizes. I will assume that he told Tyler what he wanted.

New Business / Open Session

(1) It was motioned and seconded that the club would give Dennis $ 40.00 from the Club Funds to help pay for Gas for taking his trailer to OKC (4/13 –14-15) BJ indicated it would be their maiden voyage for the ’47.

(2) The members decided to have Breakfast at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant on the way to OKC on Friday 13^th of April.

(3) Members going to OKC will meet in the Hope Church parking lot (adjacent to the I-35 Andover Exit) at 7am on Friday 13^th of April. From here we will go to Glenn’s shop in Wellington.

(4) John Stanford will make cards for each member with the cell phone numbers of all members that have cell phones. He will past them out at Glenn’s before leaving for OKC.

(5) Rest stops and Fuel stops will be decided along the route….

(6) A room count was made and it was decided that the members needed (5) Double bed and (3) single bed accommodations. Dennis will double check room reservations.

(7) It was noted that Glenn would pick-up the food & snacks for 2 lunches per member for OKC. Total lunches would be 26 (13 members x 2 lunches each). Any leftovers would be used on the return trip on Sunday.
