Rusty Nuts Car Club

Members Present: Jon, Dale, Bud, Boyd, Tom, Tyler, Dennis, John
Dennis reported that the operational funds stood at 466.05
(1). T-Shirts – Tyler delivered the shirts to John Stanford. John will check over them and made distribution. He will also collect $10.61 from Dennis, Boyd, Bud. Dale and Jeff for extra shirts ordered.
(2) Discussed use of Club funds to give each member going to OKC $10.00 toward his meal for Saturday night. Jeff asked if any member that did not go would also receive the $10.00. It was decided by vote that no money would be used for the OKC meals… The club would use it later during the year (maybe a picnic)
(1) Jon Mayo asked that he not be paid for shop expenses (15.00) each month. The Treasurer noted the request, and will discontinue payment.
(2) Jon Mayo made a motion that John Stanford be paid $5.00 each month for maintaining the Clubs new web site. He Also asked that John be reimbursed $8.00 annually for the cost of the Domain Name (www.rustynutscarclub.com). The membership voted and approved the expense.
(1) John Stanford said that he and Jon Mayo would coordinate and furnish info and maps for long distance Car Shows (over 100 miles one way), while Dale and Jeff would handle local shows less that 100 miles distance.
(2) John informed the membership that he would furnish a mail account on the club web site to any member if requested.

Place: Glenn Harmon’s Shop, Wellington, KS. The Augusta/Towanda members that wanted to convoy would meet at Jon’s Shop at 8.00am on 3/17/07.
A motion was made and seconded for the meeting to adjourn
